Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu by evening.

Upon your arrival, a representative from Mountain Leaders will pick you up at the airport and drop to you at your hotel, night in the hotel.

Day 2: Sight seen in Kathmandu

Visit places of cultural and historical importance like: Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swyambhunath. SWAYAMBHUNATH STUPA: Swayambhunath Sputa is the most ancient and enigmatic of all the holy shrines in Kathmandu valley. Its lofty white dome and glittering golden sire are visible for many miles and from all sides of the valley. Historical records found on a stone inscription give evidence that the stupa was already an important Buddhist pilgrimage destination by the 5th century AD. KATHMANDU DURBAR SQUARE: Durbar Square is situated in the hub of the Capital of Nepal, the ancient city of Kathmandu. It is nestled in the fertile valley under the majestic Himalayas; Katmandu is part of the ancient trade and pilgrimage route from India to Tibet and China. Visit handicraft center in the afternoon; evening free, night in the hotel.

Day 3: Around Kathmandu

Day visit to Pashupati Nath temple considered one of the holiest shrines of all the Hindu temples. It is 6 km east of Kathmandu. The temple has remained the presiding deity of ruling Nepalese Royalty. Boudhnath: One of the largest stupas in South Asia is located at Boudhanath. It is considered to be one of the most important Tibetan Buddhism monuments outside of Tibet. There is an entire village around the stupa inhabited mainly by Tibetans. PATAN (Lalitpur): This ancient city of Patan also known as Lalitpur of the city of fine arts is about 5-kms southeast of Kathmandu. The city is full of Hindu temples and Buddhist monuments. Evening stroll in street soKathmandu. Night in hotel.

Day 4: Kathmandu to Pokhara (210km, 5-6 hour drive)

This morning you will drive to Pokhara. Enjoy breathtaking view along the way and arrive at Pokhara by evening. A Pokhara lakeside village sits, "front row center" to one of the most beautiful Himalayan panoramas in the world. The Annapurna and famous "Fishtail" mountain peak of Machapuchhre tower are over the tropical setting of Pokhara and the time that you will spend there will be the unforgettable highlight of your trip. Take boat ride in Phewa Lake and visit the Tal Barahi Temple located in the middle of the lake; night in Pokhara. Night in hotel.

Day 5: Visit villages around Pokhara

Today you will visit villages around Pokhara along Begnas Lake. Begnas Lake is 35 km east of the tourist center at Phewa Lake. Unlike Phewa, Begnas is more serene, embraced in intact countryside lifestyle. Begnaskot is a ridge northeast of Begnas Lake overlooking at Himalayas. The hike is real insight into Nepalese mountain culture and lifestyle. Village along Sundari-danda is trying to make a living by hosting agricultural tourism. Night in hotel.

Day 6: Pokhara -Sarangkot -Pokhara

Sarangkot hill is very popular for its best Mountains and sunrise view. We start our trip early in the morning and drive to Sarangkot. Normally sun rises at 6 am. After the sunrise and Mountain View, we walk down from Sarangkot along with the Pokhara city view and the Phewa lake view with green forest. It’s about 〖22〗_2^1 hours light trekking from Pokhara. Sarangkot is much close to Pokhara Valley where we can see the sunrise over the white snowy mountains. Those who don’t wish to walk, can drive back by same road; rest of the time at leisure. Night in hotel.

Day 7: Pokhara to Lumbini via Tansen

From Pokhara we drive to Tansen/Palpa with beautiful roadways scenario. Tansen is the beautiful hill station in the Western Nepal on the way to Pokhara. Tansen is the head-quarter of Palpa. After Lunch, we will continue further to to Lumbini via Siddartha highway. Lumbini is one of the most prestigious and important pilgrimage sites to all the Buddhists. Lumbini being birthplace of “Gautama Buddha” attracts thousands of visitors every year. We will drive around Lumbini for excursions around Maya Devi Temple, Sacred Garden and Different Monasteries around the site. Night in hotel.

Day 8: Lumbini to Chitwan

After breakfast in our hotel in Lumbini, we will depart and start our trip to Chitwan. This will take us approximately 3 hours. Upon arrival in Chitwan there will be a short briefing on the program and facilities. After check-in and lunch in the hotel we will start our program in Chitwan with an Elephant-back safari into the Chitwan National Park. Guests will ride on an elephant to explore the jungle and wildlife. If your luck is in your favour, you might see the one-horned rhinoceros, several types of deer, monkeys, wild boar, bison, sloth bear, leopard and if you are very lucky you might even spot the Royal Bengal Tiger. This exciting ride lasts for 2-3 hours. After this impressive safari, we will head back to our hotel in Chitwan to relish Tasty Nepalese dinner. Night in hotel.

Day 9: At Chitwan.

In morning, proceed for a Dugout canoe trip inside the National Park. Floating down the Rapti River by dugout canoe is the best way to discover the habitat of crocodiles on the riverbanks. It is also a relaxing and better way to watch the different kind of birds and wildlife species when they come to the bank of the river to drink water. After our canoe trip, we will visit the Elephant breeding center which is inside the jungle at10 minutes walk from the canoeing place. After lunch visit some Tharu villages which are situated next to the Park in the beautiful natural surroundings. By evening, have a sunset view on the riverbank. Night in hotel.

Day 10: Chitwan -Kathmandu – Nagarkot (210Km) 6h.

Drive to Kathmandu, Furhter to Nagarkot is located 33 kilometers east of Kathmandu), the most popular town for its beautiful views of the mountains of Jugal, Khumbu and Rolwaling, and in clean weather distant view of the Everest can be appreciate. By evening one can stroll around to appreciate the beauty of terraced field and rustic farm houses. Night in hotel. NAGARKOT: Nagarkot is situated 33 kilometers east of Kathmandu (1:30h), the most popular village for beautiful sights on the massifs of Jugal, Khumbu and Rolwaling and in very good weather one can have the distant view of the Everest; night in a hotel in Nagarkot.

Day 11: Nagarkot / Bhaktapur -Naggarkot

Leave to Bhaktapur Durbar Square: very much preserved site, located east of Kathmandu at 1400m. With an area of 5km², this city founded by King Ananda Dev -889 BC is divided into 24 districts of traditional architecture. Back to NAgarkot, rest of the time at leisure to explore the surrounding. Night in hotel.

Day 12: Naggarkot to Dhulikhel/1718mtr hotel accommodation

Dhulikhel is situated 30 Kms east of Kathmandu. The city offers a complete panoramic view of the snow-capped ranges from Karyolung in the east to Himalchuli in the west. Once an important link in the ancient trade route to Tibet, Dhulikhel has a glorious past that can be witnessed in the lovely building and intricate woodcarving found among the shop-lined streets and in the temples. The major places of worship here are the Narayan and Harisiddhi temples, which are adorned with profuse wood carvings. The Gokhureswar Mahadev temple, a 30-minute walk to the eastern part of town, is a peaceful and scenic spot. More than 20 Himalayan peaks can be seen in all their glory. Sunset views are equally spectacular. You should get up early in the morning to watch the first rays of the sun hitting the summits and their colors change. Night in a hotel.

Day 13: Dhulikhel to Kathmandu via Panauti and Namo Buddha.

Afternoon free at Panauti It is a thriving Newari village with beautiful temples and interesting old houses. The village is located between Punyamati and Rosikhola about 34km south east of Kathmandu. NAMO BUDDHA: Namo Buddha or Namura Stupa, which is highly revered by both Nepalese and Tibetan Buddhists, situated on a hill above Panauti. Leave to Kathmandu, night in a hotel.

Day 14: Free day in Kathmandu.

As per the flight schedule, transfer to airport for flight to your onward destination. Check out time is 12 noon.

    All nationalities except Indians require a visa for Nepal. If you are from a country where there is no Nepal Consul or do not have time to organize your visa before departure, you can obtain it upon arrival at Kathmandu airport. Please note that you need two passport size photos for this. We also advise you to ensure that your passport is valid for six months from date of entering Nepal.

    All the cancellation must be in written and signed by the person who signed the booking form and will be effective from the date of the reception by the company.

    1-1: 60 days or more before departure:

    The agency will refund the entire paid amount to his client deducting the registration fee (€ 40 per persons or equivalent in other currency), bank charges subject to the bank policies, when booking domestic flights, the Cancellation fee subject to airline policies at present or if the tickets are non- refundable in that case the full amount of the ticket will be retained. The hotels are reserved and must be paid in advance; the company will apply the cancellation policies of hotels. Cancelation charge for train tickets and other ground transport and related services if needed to be booked in advance. Hence the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting all above cancelation policies applied for different services.

    1-2: 40 Days before departure:

    The agency will refund the 50% of paid amount to his client deducting the registration fee (€ 40 per persons or equivalent in other currency), bank charges subject to the bank policies, when booking domestic flights, the Cancellation fee subject to airline policies at present or if the tickets are non- refundable in that case the full amount of the ticket will be retained.     1-3: Less than 30 days before departure:

    The agency will be obliged to withhold the full amount of the deposit paid by the customer. In this case, the customer must inform their insurance as soon as possible and provide as much documentation to support the cancellation of trip. It is therefore strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover such expenses Liability: The Company cannot be made liable for the consequences of weather condition, flight cancellations, war or threat of civil war, strikes, industrial action, political unrest or any other force majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstance. The company reserves the right to use alternate transport, or vary the itinerary if breakdown, sickness or any other force major. Any additional that result, such as extra hotel accommodation, flight or road transport will be on your charge and must be paid directly at the spot.

    Please understand, there are certain hazards involved in your culture holidays which you must accept at your own risk. The company will not be liable for any illness major or minor injury, death sustained during neither the trip, nor it will be liable for any uninsured losses of your property and other losses during the trip. It is strongly advised that clients take out insurance to cover the unexpected and cancellation charges:
    This is mandatory for all clients travelling on any tour, independent itinerary to Nepal arranged by us. You are responsible for obtaining adequate insurance covering expenses of unexpected, the loss of baggage, medical expenses, helicopter (air or ground) rescue, injury, death, repatriation, cancellation and curtailment of the itinerary.

    Due to wide range of temperature and climate conditions from the lower to high altitude and from summer to autumn in Nepal, it is advisable to bring appropriate clothing. For protection against cold a layered clothing is better than a few thick ones, so choose your cloths accordingly. Cloths should be preferable be made from natural materials which allow the body to breath better.

    You will be offending people if you walk around in skimpy or tight fitting clothes. Although there are normally opportunities to wear shorts, it is strictly forbidden to be with short in any religious and administrative places as monasteries and temples. We would advise women to wear shirts or loose trousers, men should not wear singlet.

    Those guest who will reach in India earlier and will leave after the schedule program, hence the number of days or night will increase more than schedule program, In that case the surcharges will be applied for number of extra days/nights as per the tariff of hotel used in city. How ever you will get opportunities to savior the Nepalis delicacies are served through out the country. We do not recommend you the fried street food which you don’t find that much compare to other Asian countries. Fruits might be properly washed before consuming. While trekking Lunch is always packed or will be provided in local restaurants.

    The climate of Nepal is variable from one place to other sub to the geographical feature of each region. I summer it tropical in the south, and north is fresh, but winter of Himalaya in north is severe. It’s a paradise for mountain lovers who try their luck to explore the country in different season. Trekking in Nepal is a truly amazing experience. Temperature is vary from minimum 10 to 20°C and maximum -25-30°C in the higher Himalayan regions during winter.
