You will discover the Ethnic villages of Dah-Hanu (A accessible race of Aryan) in Indus valley in west of Leh and Huge lake of Pangong in its eastward situated on Indo Tibet border.

 

Staying with Ladakhi family in their traditional Ladakhi home you will be introduced by the Tibetan system of medicine by practitioner 'amchi (Doctor) Traditional art as Thanka painting. You will find yourself more close to them by participating in their daily life including cooking, social activities etc. and the advantage of socialism in Ladakh may help you more to focus over the life of Himalayan inhabitant.!

Meditation, Spiritualism et socialism in the land of Monasteries and   lamas .

Itinerary :

 

Day 01: Arrival in Delhi (capital of India); IGI airport and transfer to the hotel and over night at hotel.

 

Day 02: Transfer to Leh: -

early in the morning transfer to the domestic airport and fly out Delhi for Leh, arrival in Leh and transfer to the hotel after check in; visit shanty Stupa, Gompa and town, walk over to the Leh  Fort for a magnificent view of Leh town and wonderful surrounding of snow-capped mountains of stock range and evening briefing and introduction of Buddhist symbols and daily life of Buddhist. (Ladakhi)

 

Day 03: Explore: -

Around Leh town sight seen of main attraction of Ladakh’s:  Shey, Thikse, Hemis. Monasteries the guide will explain you basically about main Buddhism’s mythic symbols, Gods, and goddess of Buddhism and local deities of Ladakh, wheel of Karma (deeds); colours of Painting and Thankas, Mandals music instruments, altar-making, Buddha’s thousand form, Rimpocha’s incarnation and bodhisattva, evening in hotel debates over the day exploration whatever you’ve explore during your sightseeing.

         

Day 04: Leh - Spituk-Lamayuru: (3600 m), 140 km

After breakfast drive to the west of Leh town; along with the bank of Indus River and visit Spituk; monastery located on the bank of Indus River monastery! Major charm of the Monastery is “Gokang” room of Mahakala, the protector ditties of Bhuddisttava; approximately 65 monks’ residence here, after visit continuously drives to the Lamayuru monastery, the surrounding of monastery is magnificent, evening visit the school of young monks, a succession of Buddhist tutor’s accumulating monks to preserve their religion! Observe the activities of monks, briefing about Buddhism, “life of monks”, and night in monastery guest house.

 

Day 05: Lamayuru to Baima (Dah )—110 km

Attend morning ceremony (Puja) in “Lokang” assembly room, the chanting music of antic instruments, and assemblage monks murmur the unidentifiable words, which they practice twice a day for peace & prosperity of universe, flaming butter lamps lights up the dark assembly room, socialize yourselves in the atmosphere of Buddhism after Breakfast leave to next destination Dah-anu, reaches Dha-anu. Evening for self activities, Exploration or visit the village, O/N in guest house or fixed camping with spaces tent as per possibility Evening if guests want, to talk about a topic like awareness and  emptiness.

 

Day 06: Baima ( Dah )

Morning meditation  Morning Meditation, basic plus explanation how to start it… explanation she right  positions, breathing, mind control ., Baima & Dha  “the hidden kingdom of Aryans” it’s a narrow valley which is drained by the Indus River, inhabitants of valley are consider the generation of “Aryans”. Morning meditation, and basic explanation about meditation and right positions, “Breathing”, inhale –exhale, concentration of sense. After breakfasts explore the valley and its inhabitant, they’re very kind and welcoming people toward their guests! Visit local house and explore their livelihood. O/N guest house or fixed camping with spaces tents! As per possibility. 

 

Day 07: Baima to Leh via Alchi-Rizog : 120 km

Morning meditation :Topic on compassion  through art. Alchi is so rich on artistic level and offers  every one the time to think of the meaning, through art and Symbols.

After breakfast drive to your next destination on the way back visit “Alchi monastery” the art of His holiness Lobzing Ringchen Zampo, the oriental carving of this monastery makes it unique as well the major attraction of Ladakh, and internal part of this monastery is fulfil with imaging antic art of panting and huge status and Thankas monastery is located on the bank of Indus, after visiting the monastery drive to Rizong monastery :- visit monastery school step in for a glimpse of monastery visit some fascinating & ancient room of the monastery, assemble monks to sip a cup of butter tea,  after visit drive to leh. Evening free for shopping and self visit! O/N hotel  

 

Day 08/09: Leh to Lukung, 4298m, 156 kms one way

Drive to east via Taru, Tangtse and Changla pass (5183mt) its awe some sight for meditation and worth to practice the lesson you have been taught till now, breathtaking landscape and bank sweeping waves of lake, you can also see various species of beautiful birds which migrate here in summer only. One you could also enjoy the walk on the shore of vaste lake and Meditate on the shore of lake and conclusion of Buddhism Philosophy. O/N in fixed camp spaces tent.

Day 10/11/12: 3 days with Ladhaki:

Socialize with Ladakhis and explore their life and source of their

Livelihood in their way !After breakfast assist family for different activities during three days such as irrigate barely field and Green garden, lecture on Thanka painting, lecture of Amchi (local Surgeon) will teach you how to healing some of miner diseases and  discussion on the Ladakhi life, Buddhism  or other subject  you have learned during  the Travel. After you’ll assist Ladakhi chef during the cooking and chafe will give you some of Ladakh’s sizzling recipes as well the major food of northern Indian. Later shopping for dinner according the meal you want to have taste on dinner; which you’ll cook with chafe!             

 

Day 13: Flight return from Leh to Delhi.

Early in the morning, transfert to the domestic airport, flight back to Delhi. Arrive Delhi and transfer from airport to hotel, afternoon at leisure or explore Delhi yourselves O/N in hotel.

 

Day 14 :- Departure :

Full day sight seen with guide, evening transfer to the international air port, flight back to onward destination.
